Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

There are no returns on personalized items. Custom items are made just for you. Be sure to carefully enter your personalization in custom fields at a customizable item to insure you have spelled names correctly or entered initials correctly. We will produce the custom item as you specify so be very careful to not make a typo as personalized items are nonrefundable. Custom enamel fill colors may vary slightly from the color shown on your computer screen.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States only. Please allow 2-4 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days) for order handling and processing. After that your item will ship from California via free shipping through first class mail or UPS ground. Transit time is 2-6 business days. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order. Adult signature will be required on high value orders.

Personalized items take an additional 7-14 business days in production before item ships. Please be aware of any deadline you are hoping to meet for an order. Once a personalized order is sent to customization it will not be able to be canceled.
